The Gringo Kings have a style of their own. Their energetic Texas flair has developed with a unique synergy and approach since the group established as The Gringo Kings in May 2007. Artist such as Chris Ledoux, Jason Boland, Merle Haggard, Cross Canadian Ragweed and Eric Johnson, are some of those that influenced The Gringo King’s sound collectively. What can also be heard in the group’s sound is the mastery in musicianship and personal inspirations that transmit from members of the band individually. Their sound has been described as “unbreakable and entertaining”. The truth in this description resonates in the solid instrumentals, tight production, and pleasurable lyrics on their self titled debut album.
