Scott Burgess-Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar: Front man Scott Burgess, born and raised in Fort Worth, TX- counters the industry cliché of holding his first guitar at 5 years old, in fact it’s been a mere five years since Burgess picked up the instrument for the first time. Raised by his grandfather known to Burgess as his father, he spent a childhood in Texas that he cherishes. Hunting and fishing with his father Scott learned early on to respect the outdoors as well as all people and to appreciate everything life has to offer; especially the blessing of family. What Scott has only recently come to know in a meaningful twist of fate is that both his biological father as well as his brother, both of whom he just recently met- have careers as professional musicians. Together with his band’s tight instrumentals Burgess’s vocals translate not only his experiences growing up but also his years down the rodeo road. High impact sound and fun yet poignant lyrics demand the attention of a growing regional and national fan base. The father of both a teenage son as well as a newborn, Scott enjoys sleepless nights on account of both boys and finds inspiration in his relationship with his entire family.
