Back in 1996, My wife enjoyed purchasing candles and picking out her favorites, and then she started reading up on how she could design a candle that would not smoke up our home, even though I know all candles smoke somewhat, however there are candles that have less soot than most. No one has a soot free candle other than the wickless ones. My wife and I went through many challenges in creating the perfect product, however along with many challenges comes success.
On a personal note, My wife and I have 6 beautiful children and we are blessed to be a homeschooling family. We have been so blessed and continue to place all our faith in the Lord above, so no matter what challenges are ahead we will overcome them and continue to move forward with our purpose.
My wife is very familar with the industry, we designed our product around the best sport in the world, RODEO, especially Bull Riding with upcoming projects in other areas of the rodeo events. My wife contacted people she knew in the industry and with their support in the idea of raising funds for Resistol, we created Roughstock Candles. Roughstock Candles brings unique to the candle industry. As the owner I stand behind this product and place my name along with my investors as support in bringing this candle to retail shoppers with our purpose.
Our purpose is to raise funds for the Resistol Relief Fund. All records are given to Resistol to show our inventory and sales each month. We are an exclusive online store at this time, however we have been approached by many corporate businesses requesting our product. We will continue to pray for direction during our successful progress and grow with our purpose as need be.
