Wisconsin - High school rodeo contestants show toughness
[May 19, 2008] All but a handful of the nearly 100 cowboys and cowgirls participating in the Wisconsin High School Rodeo Association event donned pink shirts to raise money for cancer research.

Other cities bid for National High School Finals Rodeo
[Mar. 10, 2008] The National High School Finals Rodeo, an event that once seemed set to return to Springfield in 2012 and perhaps beyond, is now being courted by three other cities. Calgary, Alberta, along with Ocala, Fla., and Des Moines, Iowa, have said they’re interested in the event, which draws about 10,000 participants and spectators annually, according to the National High School Rodeo Association.
