1) To Review suggested RULE PROPOSALS for 2009, click here.

2) NOTICE: Effective Immediately -- New Policy to be followed for Rule 10.4.3.1
Due to the high cost of fuel and a decrease in the number of entries at rodeos holding 4 or more performances, the rodeo stock contractor and/or committee or WPRA circuit director will now have the option to set the rodeo as a one go round event if less than 40 contestants. This is in reference to Rule 10.3.4.1 on page 40 of the 2008 WPRA rulebook. The stock contractor and/or rodeo committees or WPRA circuit director, whomever sets up the performance numbers, may make the decision as to the number of go rounds for the barrel racing event at their rodeo. If their decision is to have 2 go rounds it must be run back to back unless by special WPRA director approval. Their decision must be made and Procom notified before the rodeo is drawn.

3) NOTICE: Points for the Stockton Rodeo, Stockton, California, 9/26-10/4 will count for the 2008 NFR standings, but will count for the 2009 California Circuit standings.
