PRCA to be inducted into Cheyenne Frontier Days Hall of Fame

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association will be among the inductees to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Hall of Fame. Induction ceremonies are slated for Friday, Sept. 8.
Along with the PRCA the following will be inducted as part of the Class of 2006: Bertha Kaepernick Blanchett, Freckles Brown, Gene Bryan, Lou Domenico, Red Fenwick, Jim Hearne, Monty Henson, the Linderman Family, George Michael, Dr. J.S. Palen, Tom Powers, Dan Taylor and Sonny Worrell/ Tickets for the Cheyenne Frontier Days (CFD) Hall of Fame Class of 2006 Induction Ceremony are now on sale. The induction ceremony will take place at the CFD Old West Museum. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres start at 5 p.m. and the induction ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person. Seating is limited and advanced reservations are required. To purchase Hall of Fame tickets, please telephone (307) 778-1416. The Cheyenne Frontier Days Hall of Fame showcases individuals, livestock and organizations whose distinctive contributions to Cheyenne Frontier Days have helped grow one man's dream into "The Daddy of 'em All." Founded in 1978, the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to interpreting, conserving and exhibiting the history and material culture of Cheyenne, Cheyenne Frontier Days, the State of Wyoming and the American West.
