SEALY, TX, July 29, 2009 -- Visual Promotions and 5K Ad Specialty of Houston, Texas announced a definitive agreement for Visual Promotions (VP Brand ASI 93997) to acquire 5K Ad Specialty. 5K Ad Specialty has been a successful pad printing operation in the Houston Area for the past 12 years. With this acquisition, Visual Promotions will relocate all 5K equipment and employees to itβs Sealy, Texas plant location 40 miles west of Houston. Bill Knoth, (5K Ad Specialty owner) has also agreed to continue to manage the pad printing production line in the Visual Promotions plant. Bill has 25 years of experience in the printing industry.

The new pad printing line will offer finished products as well as printing services to product manufacturers across the United States. The production line has the capacity to produce 20,000+ pieces per production day.
