Ohl not resting on his lead
[Nov. 11, 2006] Cody Ohl of Hico entered the Texas Stampede leading the tie-down roping world title race with $153,318, a lead of almost $30,000. A four-time world champion in the event, Ohl pumped up the margin by earning $3,916 after winning the first round with a time of 7.5 seconds as the Stampede began its three-day run Friday night at American Airlines Center.
