#3 in BFTS World Standings continues his hot streak!
[Feb. 7, 2010] Winston-Salem, N.C. (February 6, 2010) - Austin Meier (Kinta, OKla.) continued his hot streak in Winston-Salem with the overall event win. In Round 2, Meier rode SkyHawk Cut-a-Rug (Jeff Robinson/Pinnacle Bull Group) for 88.5 points and second place. In the short-go, he took third place, staying on Lone Star (Robinson/Hagen Bucking Bulls) for 89.75 points. Overall, Austin took home $39,205 for the whole weekend and is currently ranked #3 in the world. By Sara Broun, PBR

Mauney Rides For the Money!!
[Nov. 1, 2009] Round # 1 and Friday night in Vegas was kinda scary, and not the Halloween kind. The weather around the country has been the talk around the Thomas and Mack, with some many parts of the country being in a weather pattern not condusive of getting people to Vegas on time. Halloween night should be a better crowd, but that's tomorrow. It was night number 1 for the race to the world championship and the million dollar purse.
