Bull riding guru, Gary Leffew, will be the instructor at a bull riding school being hosted by the Lancaster Event Center, Lincoln, NE on June 18th – 20th. Gary was inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in 2002 and was the 1970 PRCA World Champion Bull Rider. Although being a world champion is a great accomplishment many would say his greatest accomplishment is the number of champion bull riders the Gary Leffew Bull Riding School has produced. He is teaching a whole new generation of riders by programming them to be champions through his use of visualization, video feedback, good techniques and strength of the mind.
Fees for the school are $350 and include the school only. Each student must provide their own equipment including safety equipment. To register call James Salazar at 515-770-2229
Check in for the school will be at 8 AM, June 18th at the Lancaster Event Center. Bulls for school are being provided by Double S Bull Company, Sidney, IA
There is an Extreme Bullriding Tour event scheduled for June 20th -21st at the event center. Riders may want to take this opportunity to attend a school and then enter the Bullriders Of America (BOA) and National Federation of Professional Bullriders (NFPB) sanctioned event following the school. The bull ridng is a $4000 added event. Call ins for the bull riding are June 16th. Call 712-374-6053, cardholders from 6 PM to 8 PM and non-cardholders 8 PM to 10 PM. Gary Leffew will be the special guest at Friday night’s event as well.
