Fillmore County Fair, Geneva, NE, is one of the oldest fairs in Nebraska and has earned a reputation for the quality of the entertainment they offer fair-goers. This year they will be hosting their second Extreme Bullriding Tour event on July 16th starting at 8 PM. Last year this event was voted by the members of the Bullriders of America as the New Event of the Year and the Outdoor Event of the Year. Not bad for a first time event. The fair board is determined to make it two in a row beginning with making this a $4000 added money event for the riders. They have worked hard all year planning so that everything will be just right for the contestants, the bulls and of course the fans.
In the spirit of providing top entertainment the Extreme Bullriding Tour will have on their personnel rouster for the night award-winning announcer, Brandon McLagan, Lone Jack, MO and barrelman, Lance Mcilvain, all the way from Mesquite, TX. They will be joined in the arena by bullfighters, Any Thompson, Auburn, IA, and Jeremy Muntz, Denton, NE, who have also won their share of awards.
The bulls of Double S Bull Company will be rested and ready to compete and they will have their work cut out for them. Following is a list of competitors scheduled to compete. They range from riders who can honestly say they are champions to those in search of their first gold buckle.
