He lost one of his legs in the accident. John rode two bulls for 169.5 points and $1523.25.
Dodge Championship Bullriding Highlights Missouri State Fair Friday and Saturday[Aug. 15, 2008] The Missouri State Fair, Sedalia, MO will host the 13th Annual Dodge Championship Bullriding in the Dodge Arena on August 15th and 16th. The action will be provided by the Extreme Bullriding Tour presented by RodeoAttitude.com. The tour is produced by White Buffalo Productions owned by Todd and Tammy Crase, Winterset, IA and Ryan Skillett, Lincoln, NE. Todd and Tammy made Missouri their home for many years and Tammy is originally from Missouri so to them this is “coming home” and as with anyone they want to give the “hometown” audience a show they won’t forget. Every bleacher seat was full with many people left to standing room only. The list of riders was unbelievable which read almost like a whose who of both the National Federation of Professional Bullriders (NFPB) and the Bullriders Of America (BOA).
