Todd Crase with Clint Jackson (NFPB)

Todd Crase has been selected by contestants to judge twenty-four finals for various associations. Quite a record considering that this honor is only given to three men each year for each association. The associations that have bestowed this honor on Todd include the Bullriders Of America (BOA), National Federation of Professional Bullriders (NFPB), Iowa Rodeo Cowboy Association (IRCA), Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association (MRCA), United Rodeo Association (URA), and the North American Bullriding Association (NABA).

Todd, who is also a co-founder of Rodeo Attitude, has decided that he wants to spend more time enjoying his family and being free to support his sons in their activities particularly gymnastics. His middle son, Colby, has won numerous state and national awards and is currently a member of the National Gymnastic Trampoline Team. His younger son, Weston, is also both a state and national champion in the sport. Todd’s oldest son, Dakota, has already served one tour of duty in Iraq and is now attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University.the same college Todd attended and was a member of the National Championship Collegiate Rodeo Team.

Another reason Todd has given for quitting judging at least temporarily is to give more attention to producing the Extreme Bullriding Tour an effort that has already earned him nine Producer of the Year Awards. He also serves as the Vice-president of the Bullriders of America as well as working in promotions for the Midwest Bullfighters Association.

“For now, I am going to retire. The last event I did was the BOA Finals and it was my tenth time to be selected to do them. I received a beautiful Bob Berg Buckle with 10 years on it. I just think that is a good time to do this. The boys are doing wonderful things in gymnastics and the tour is growing bigger and better every year. I am a lucky man. I want to thank all the people that hired me and a special thanks to all the cowboys that voted for me to judge their finals.” Said Todd.
