Catch all of the hard-hitting, non-stop action when the Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) brings its elite Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS), presented by Wrangler to Iowa’s capital city, Des Moines, on May 2 at 8 p.m. and May 3 at 7:30 p.m. The Des Moines Classic showcases the top 45 bull riders in the world and best bulls at Wells Fargo Arena—for the first time ever.

The Des Moines Classic will feature the world’s top 45 bull riders including the three-time World Champion Adriano Moraes on his farewell tour; “Titanium Tough” Luke Snyder (Raymore, Mo.) who has set the record for most consecutive appearances at 220 BFTS and counting as well as a recent BFTS win in Nampa, Idaho. Additionally the race between current number one man PBR World Champion Guilherme Marchi (Leme, Sao Paulo, Brazil) and number two rider Kody Lostroh (Longmont, Colo.) continues to heat up with each stop on the BFTS series as they compete for key points in the BFTS and its ultimate crown—the PBR World Championship title and million dollar bonus.

The Des Moines Classic is also one of the featured stops on the Bull Team Challenge Tour where twenty-two teams are competing for their share of the $1.1 million total tour purse and the $250,000 prize for the top team of 2008. In stop eleven of seventeen, the Bull Team Challenge will present $20,000 to the team whose total score is the highest for the weekend and $10,000 to the second-highest scoring team. The Challenge also gives fans a chance to own a bull for a season. For more information and the official rules on the PBR’s new Bull Team Challenge, please visit:
