Todd Crase of White Buffalo Productions and co-founder of the Extreme Bullriding Tour and Rodeo Attitude, will join over 20,000 expected participants for the 16th Annual Komen Race* for the CureĀ® in Des Moines, Iowa, on Saturday, October 6, 2007. . The event’s purpose is to raise funds to aid in the fight against breast cancer. Todd and his family, wife Tammy and sons Colby an Weston, will be participating in the 5 K (3.1 mile) run/walk which will begin at Western Gateway Park at 8:30 AM. There will also be a 1 mile walk beginning at 9:30 AM. Those who would like to join in spirit may also enter as a ā€œPink Ribbon Runnerā€. The fees are the same no matter which way you enter. Todd is encouraging as many supporters of bull riding, especially in Iowa, who can to at least enter as a ā€œPink Ribbon Runnerā€.

Todd and his family will be making this walk in celebration of Sara Delgado. Sara is the breast cancer patient who was the special guest of the Extreme Bullriding Tour and Viaero Wireless Comstock Windmill Festival on June 9th. Sara and her husband, Cesar are the parents of two sons, Kaleb (2) and Ethan (6), Sara was diagnosed in September 2006 and her condition has worsened steadily. Todd's family has witnessed first hand how the whole family is affected by this disease. They will be walking with the prayer that someday families like Sara’s will no longer be forced to endure such pain.
