Damage from tornadoes forces rodeo to come to Fellsmere[Feb. 14, 2007] The Fellsmere Riding Club is hosting the Florida Junior Rodeo Association for its monthly rodeo Friday and Saturday at the club's arena on North Willow Street. This weekend's event would have been held in Deland, but the Feb. 2 storm destroyed an arena there.
Cattle Drive Kicks off Rodeo[Jan. 18, 2007] A cattle drive will take place in downtown Lakeland on Thursday morning in advance of the Americom Pro Rodeo Classic to be held at The Lakeland Center this weekend.
Brahman rodeo team scores again[Jan. 10, 2007] The Okeechobee High School rodeo team traveled to Davie last weekend to compete at the Davie high school rodeo. They brought back one championship and finished high in many of the events.
Ron Bergeron Honored[Oct. 18, 2006] Many have heard of the Davie, Florida and its love of rodeo and one of the reasons is Ron Bergeron.
Brahman rodeo team starts new season[Oct. 5, 2006] The new team, along with over 100 other athletes state-wide, traveled to Kissimmee on Sept. 9 and 10 to compete in a two-day rodeo. This rodeo counted as two separate rodeos.
