Lostroh Takes Final Regular Season Event Title of 2008!![Oct. 19, 2008] The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) took Uncasville, Connecticut by storm as the elite Built Ford Tough Series presented by Wrangler (BFTS) tour made its final regular season stop of 2008 at Mohegan Sun Casino. The Mohegan Sun Invitational showcased the top 45 bull riders in the world---all competing to secure a spot at the lucrative 2008 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals presented by Wrangler. In the end, Colorado superstar Kody Lostroh (Longmont, Colo.) dominated the competition and rode away victorious after totaling 351.75 points on four bulls. Lostroh walked away with a check for $40,375, putting him over the $1 million mark in career earnings.
World Number One Takes 2nd Round Victory!!![Oct. 18, 2008] The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) elite Built Ford Tough Series presented by Wrangler (BFTS) thrilled the sold-out Mohegan Sun Arena crowd at the Mohegan Sun Invitational in Uncasville, Conn. The crowd got their money’s worth as they watched current world number one Guilherme Marchi (Leme, SP, Brazil) take the round two victory after riding the bull, Bowtech’s I-94, owned by John & Lacey Berger, and scoring 89.5 points. Marchi collected a $2,730 check and is currently sitting second in the event standings with a total of 172.5 points on two bulls.
Oklahoma’s Cord McCoy Takes Round One Victory in Uncasville![Oct. 17, 2008] The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) took over Uncasville, Conn., for the 2008 Mohegan Sun Invitational, the 32nd and final stop on the elite Built Ford Tough Series presented by Wrangler (BFTS). The world’s top 45 bull riders thrilled Mohegan Sun Arena’s Friday night crowd as they took on the toughest bulls in the country. Fan favorite Cord McCoy (Tupelo, Okla.) rode the bull, Road Daddy, owned by Lacey Berger/Ande Hawks, for 88 points, a $7,000 check, and the round one victory.

Luke Snyder to set new record for most consecutive events[Sep. 24, 2007] Fans in Uncasville, Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun Invitational will get to witness a part of PBR history as Luke Snyder (Raymore, Mo.) sets a new record for competing in the most consecutive PBR events in on September 28-30, 2007. The record is currently 197 events in a row, which was held by “Iron Man” J.W. Hart (Marietta, Okla.) and tied by Snyder in Grand Rapids, Mich. on September 21 – 22, 2007.
