The PBR Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tour is scheduled to hit the Del Mar Fairgrounds Arena Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26 for the Del Mar Invitational. coming to town later this month for two days of a rootin' tootin', hootin' hollerin' good time.
 
99 Years of Rodeo at the California Rodeo Salinas

Texas bull rider Bryan Richardson (Dallas, Texas) took first place after scoring 89.75 points while taking on the bull, Wrangler Big Rig (Jeff Robinson/Broken N-N/C&D Bulls/SkyHawk Rugs). In event 4 on the elite Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS), Renato Nunes (Buritama, SP, Brazil) walked out of ARCO Arena victorious after topping top bull, Little Bo, owned by 4C's/Sills/Barker. Cow Palace cancels Grand National Rodeo
[Dec. 6, 2008] The majesty and spectacle of the Grand National Rodeo, Horse and Stock Show will not return to the Cow Palace next year because the annual event has been canceled. The show is expected to be revamped and return in 2010, said Henry Kuechler, president of the entertainment venue's board of directors.

Fans were treated to stop number 29 on the elite tour as the world’s best bull riders competed to earn a spot at the upcoming 2008 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals presented by Wrangler. In the end, number one bull rider in the world Guilherme Marchi (Leme, SP, Brazil) emerged victorious after totaling 265 points on three bulls, taking home a check worth $44,010.
