The following is directly from the PRCA: "Format: A tournament-style format is used at the championship events, with all 12 contestants in each event competing in a preliminary round. The top eight in the aggregate then advance to the semifinal round, but their previous scores and times are thrown out. The top four contestants from the semifinals advance to the finals, where scores and times again are erased. Final round scores and times determine the winners."
Rodeo Attitude Program member and 2004 PRCA World Champion Bull Rider, Dustin Elliott, has qualified along with Matt Austin, 2005 PRCA World Champion. Currently Matt is leading the standings, but Dustin is within striking distance and the world title is definately still up for grabs.
