Reigning World Champion Bull Rider Wesley Silcox scored his first victory of the season and made it count, earning $19,367 by winning the two-head average title at the second Dodge Xtreme Bulls Tour stop in San Antonio on Feb. 16.

In the process, he set a San Antonio Stock Show Rodeo arena record by scoring 94 points aboard Silverado Rodeo Company’s Malibu in the final round. Silcox, of Payson, Utah, edged Chance Smart of Philadelphia, Miss., who won the first Dodge Xtreme Bulls Tour-stop title in San Antonio on Jan. 31, by just one point.

Mike Moore of Kankakee, Ill., had the top score of the first round, a 91-point score on Andrews Rodeo’s Rompus.
