WPRA vs PRCA Judge DENIED the motion.

April 24-26, 2007 the Women's Professional Rodeo Association appeared in state court in Colorado Springs arguing its motion for preliminary injunction in its case against the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and its subsidiary, Professional Women's Barrel Racing. On Friday, May 4, 2007, the judge denied this motion. The case will now go to trial sometime in August.

Rodeo Attitude has members on both sides of this issue and believe that all are adults and we in no way want to take sides or influence anyones opinion. We do recognize their desire to understand the issues. That said a copy of the PUBLIC document filed by the WPRA has been given to us to make available for those wishing to read the document that was presented to the courts. Remember this is only ONE side of the issue and we do not have the response given by the PRCA at this time.
