New rodeo at American Royal
[Oct. 24, 2007] The American Royal knew change was coming.

So when the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association changed its dates for the 2007 season, those close to the American Royal prepared for a different version of the rodeo that has coincided with the annual Kansas City celebration for more than 30 years. This year, instead of the PRCA rodeo, the Royal will play host to the Prairie Circuit Finals Rodeo,

Wyoming bull rider grounded despite fabulous year

[Oct. 18, 2007] Long time Rodeo Attitude member, Scott Grover, will be announcing with Tim Fuller at this year's Prairie Circuit Finals. For the first time the finals are being held in conjunction with the American Royal in Kansas City on October 24-27.

Calgary Stampede's Grated Coconut defends title, claims fourth overall crown
[Oct. 11, 2007] In team sports, a franchise that wins multiple titles in a short period of time and dominates the competition is called a dynasty. In rodeo, the same title can now be tagged to legendary Calgary Stampede bareback horse Grated Coconut.

Team roper brings flavor of Wyoming to rodeos
[Oct. 8, 2007] Johnson and partner Keven Daniel entered Omaha 19th in the world standings and won the event for a total of $16,875. The money won vaulted Johnson to 10th among team roping heelers and Daniel to seventh for team roping headers.

Mortensen gets back on the horse
[Oct. 5, 2007] He's one of the biggest names rodeo has had over the last quarter-century - or ever, really, as one of the winningest roughstock riders in PRCA history. But it's been nearly a year since rodeo fans in this country have even gotten a glimpse of saddle bronc rider extraordinaire Dan Mortensen in a rodeo arena.
