Justin McBride is currently leading the Built Ford Tough Series in the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) with last year's rookie, J. B. Mauney, hot on his heels. It is no wonder with the season drawing to a close and the World Finals in Las Vegas getting closer Justin's fans were devastated when it appeared he had suffered a dislocation of his shoulder on his free arm during round one at the Chihuahua Challenge in Chihuahua, Mexico. Justin returned to the United States immediately and underwent tests on Monday. We have heard from the PBR that Justin's tests were negative for a displaced fracture. He does, however, have ligament damage. Justin's current plans are to wait until after the Finals to have surgery. His riding status is doubtful for the Reno event, questionable for the Greensboro event and probable for the Grand Rapids event. If the shoulder gives him problems before the Finals he might have to have surgery earlier. If we hear anymore we will let you all know.
