Bullrider is eager for Tulsa PBR event
[Jul. 17, 2009] RYAN DIRTEATER SAID "those guys were too big for me" in high school football. But, he apparently has no problem whatsoever in tangling with a 2,000-pound bull. "Well, the point is to stay on the back of that bull so he can't get to you," said Dirteater. Dirteater, a 20-year-old cowboy from Hulbert, is one of the best young riders in the Professional Bullriders Association and will ride in the PBR U.S. Border Patrol Invitational opening Friday at the BOK Center.

Just this summer, the organizers behind this terrific event made another statement when the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center and the TwoBulls Group signed a five-year agreement to bring the PBR back to Sulphur Springs through 2013.
 
Professional Bull Riders Brought the Action to Salinas Tonight
[Jul. 16, 2009] Salinas, CA - July 16, 2009- The Professional Bull Riding US Smokeless Tobacco Challenger Tour event held on Wednesday July 15th was a crowd pleaser as almost 5,000 people witnessed man versus beast at it’s best. Forty-two of the top professional bull riders in the US gathered at the Salinas Sports Complex to hang on for 8 seconds for their shot to win part of the $35,000 purse. By Mandy Roth
