Shivers' Championship Style returns to clinch the Tacoma Invitational Event Title[Mar. 17, 2008] Chris Shivers celebrated a long anticipated return to the Built Ford Tough Series presented by Wrangler (BFTS) winner's circle at the Tacoma Invitational, held March 15-16 at the Tacoma Dome. It had been two long years since the two-time Professional Bull Riders (PBR) World Champion had earned a tour event title. When the curtain closed on tour stop No. 13 Shivers had dominated the action to the tune of $29,888, outgunning the top 45 in the world in Tacoma to end his slump.
