
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 5, 2010) - One of 17 riders to cover his bull on the first night, Oregon cowboy Ned Cross (Midland, Ore.) rode Wine Hu (Lightning C Cattle/PBJ Bulls) for 89.25 points to win Round 1 and $7,000 at the 2010 Professional Buill Riders Built Fort Tough Invitational on Friday at the Sprint Center.
Finishing a close second was Robson Palermo (Rio Branco, Acre, Brazil), who scored 89 points and won $5,000 on Big Iron (4L & Diamond S Rodeo Company) while Austin Meier (Kinta, Okla.) was third with 88.75 points and won $3,000 on Priceless (D&H Cattle Co./L&E Bulls). Chris Shivers (Jonesville, La.) finished fourth with 87.75 points and won $2,000 on Canadian Cadillac (Walker Bucking Stock Breeders) and reigning PBR World Champion Kody Lostroh (Longmont, Colo.) rode Big Money (5G Farms Bucking Bulls) for 87.25 points and $1,200 to finish fifth.

The second round of the Built Ford Tough Invitational will be at 6:50 p.m. CT on Saturday with the third round and the Built Ford Tough Championship Round on Sunday at 2 p.m. CT.
