PUEBLO, Colo. (March 10, 2009) - New Mexico native and PBR superstar L.J. Jenkins took top honors this past weekend at the Bullistic Buckoff PBR Discovery Tour in Victoria, Texas. For years, Jenkins has been a presence on the prestigious Built Ford Tough Series but was among a handful of other PBR riders who recently suffered the wrath of the newly implemented "cut" in the 2009 season. If Jenkins keeps riding like this – he could be the comeback kid of the PBR and assume his position, once again, amongst the best in the business. Stay tuned as the PBR Minor League Tours sweep the nation to determine who has PBR potential – and who doesn’t.
