New York, NY (January 19, 2010) - The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) is taking over the brand new Dallas Cowboys Stadium, and today announces the first eight riders and the bulls scheduled to compete at the 2010 Dickies Iron Cowboy Invitational presented by WinStar World Casino.

The Dickies Iron Cowboy Invitational presented by WinStar World Casino takes place on Saturday February 20th for the biggest one day event in PBR history! The top PBR superstars will ride in the largest, most technologically advanced venue in the world. The first eight riders competing at Cowboys stadium have been known since the conclusion of the 2009 BFTS season. Based on their 2009 World Finals standings, they will compete in this one day competition and will receive a bye for the first round of bull riding.

The following riders will compete in the 2010 Dickies Iron Cowboy Invitational presented by WinStar World Casino: 2009 World Champion Kody Lostroh (Longmont, Colo.), 2009 World Champion runner-up J.B. Mauney (Mooresville, N.C.), 2008 World Champion Guilherme Marchi (Leme, SP, Brazil), Austin Meier (Kinta, Okla), Texas cowboy Zack Brown (Santa Fe, Texas), fan favorite Ryan McConnel (Colgate, Okla.), and Brazilians Valdiron de Oliveira (Aparecida de Goiania, GO, Brazil) and Robson Palermo (Rio Branco, Acre, Brazil). The other fourteen riders will be selected based on their 2010 BFTS standings as of January 31. The PBR Competition Board will award exemptions to two riders.

The animal athletes selected to compete at the 2010 Dickies Iron Cowboy Invitational presented by WinStar World Casino are the best in the business and have created a name for themselves over this past year. This roster of exclusive bulls includes: 2009 World Champion bull Code Blue (Walton & Wagoner/Berger & Struve), Voodoo Child (Robinson/Beutler/McNeely), Big Tex (Dakota Rodeo/Chad Berger/Clay Struve), superstar bull Chicken on a Chain (Robinson/Tedesco/Larry The Cable Guy), Teague Bucking Bulls, LLC’s Bones, Major Payne (Robinson/Katich/Pinnacle Bull Group), up-and-coming bull RFD-TV (Teague Bucking Bulls, LLC), Black Pearl (Ravenscroft/Boyd-Floyd Bull Co.), Crosswired (D&H Cattle Co./Clifton Wiggins), Spit Fire (Boyd/Floyd Bull Company), and Uncle Buck (Teague Bucking Bulls, LLC).

This one of a kind format, created specifically for Cowboys stadium, guarantees that the best riders will compete against some of the strongest bulls the PBR has to offer. The riders will be paired up against comparable bulls, with the winner moving on to the next level. During the semi-final and final rounds, riders will compete on the same bull, the cowboy with the highest score moving on. The winning rider will be determined by who obtains the highest score. If both riders buck off, the rider who stayed on the longest will move on. In the end, the rider who rides their fourth and final bull for the highest total points will be declared the winner and will take home the largest payout for a one-day Built Ford Tough Series event in the history of the PBR!

Tickets for the 2010 Dickies Iron Cowboy Invitational are priced at as low as $20 and increase all the way to $150 (standard ticket fees apply). Fans will enjoy more than two hours of rock & roll music, pyrotechnics, and an up close and personal view of The Toughest Sport on Earth! Fans will also get the opportunity to get up close and personal with multi-platinum country artist Gary Allan, when he kicks off the Dickies Iron Cowboy invitational with a one-time-only concert for the PBR. Tickets for the event will be available by phone at 800.745.3000, online at www.ticketmaster.com , or in person at the Cowboys Stadium Box Office.
