[Apr. 7, 2008] Sitting on folding chairs in the dim light of the open warehouse door, several families tapped their cowboy boots in time to a live Christian country-music act. They listened to lifelong cowboy Coy Huffman preach about the uplifting power of Jesus, framed against the oddly poetical backdrop of a mountainous pile of used cardboard boxes and stacks of plywood.
