Hey Guys,

I just wanted to update everyone on what has been going on in the Midwest Bullfighters Association. We have added several bullfights to our 2008 schedule and some that are still pending. This year is looking very promising to our Contestants, Committees, Sponsors, and everyone involved. We are truly grateful to everyone that has done their part and made this association the way it is today!!!! We appreciate all the new and upcoming bullfighters who want to be a world champ!! They know what it takes to make it to that level and they strive incredibly hard to achieve their goal. It’s like the old saying goes “If it was easy everyone would be a Freestyle Bullfighter”.

As everyone knows our 2007 season has been the best yet. Every year it grows at a faster pace than the year before. We put on an awesome bullfight compitition in Ewing,KY this year. To the best of my knowledge it was the FIRST freestyle event East of the Mississippi. Hats off to Charlie Corwin for bringing it to Kentucky. MidWest Bullfighters Association was extremely proud of the fact that we were the first association in the country to do it. We hope to work with many more Contractors and Sponsors this year to expand even more.

This year we will be making some small minor changes to the association in which will beneifit our organization. We will be sending out more information on these changes at a later date. In the mean time ALL 2007 and 2008 contestants will need to send me their information via email ie; name, address, phone number, so that I can send out information on the changes. Please send me all your infomation to info@ohiobullfighter.com asap.

I have now updated our 2008 schedule on our website, Midwestbullfighters.com, but keep in mind this is not all of them. We still have several Bullfights still pending. Our usual first stop, Burlington, IA had to be cancelled this year. The Burlington,IA Bullriding Committee also put a halt on their Bullriding event as well, due to some renovation at the arena. We at MBA are very saddened, but hopefully next year we can come to a resolution. I will have more information on the Finals in St. Joeseph, MO coming in the next few weeks, so everyone stay tuned for that!! Take care and God Bless.
