Liberty, SC, February 27, 2008. Coley Treadway’s bull #231 Southern Gangster was the Professional Bucking Bull Association’s (PBBA) number two bull for all of 2007. When Pete and Gene Baker of Homestead Genetics were looking for some undiscovered bulls that consistently scored high and had spent some time on the road they went to the PBBA website, www.PBBAnow.com, and Southern Gangster’s name appeared at the top of the standings. Pete called Coley and they struck a deal. Coley didn’t disclose how much he sold the bull for, but he did said he was going to buy a new stock trailer in addition to buying his Mom a new lawnmower.

Of late they have been putting together a pen of great bulls to haul PBR Built Ford Tough Events. Southern Gangster will make his Built Ford Tough debut at the Baltimore, MD event March 1-2, 2008.
