September 28, 2009 (Cost Mesa, Calif.) - Bull Pen magazine is once again rolling out the red carpet for their fifth annual event during the first week of the American Bucking Bull Inc. (ABBI) and Professional Bull Riders (PBR) World Finals in Las Vegas.

This year the Bull Pen Bash moves to a new venue, the legendary Hard Rock Cafe. The Bull Pen Bash will host 200 VIP bull breeders, stock contractors and PBR riders, along with Bull Pen advertisers and ABBI sponsors, on Monday, Nov. 2 from 5-8 p.m.

“We have thanked our readers and advertisers each year with dinner, drinks and dancing at some of Las Vegas' most prominent venues,” said Bull Pen Publisher Christopher Burkhardt. “We are thrilled to be able to hold it this year at the legendary Hard Rock Cafe.

“Hard Rock Cafe is a fantastic place to host all the members of the bucking bull community who support not just ABBI, but our many PBR publications. ABBI's breeders and stock contractors have worked all year long to get their superstars to the World Finals, and to partner with the Hard Rock Cafe on this event allows us to recognize the amazing job they've done.”

Entertainment will feature the James Intveld band. Intveld, a Nashville/Los Angeles singer/songwriter will also perform at the Mandalay Bay PBR FanZone on Sunday Nov. 1. Hard Rock Cafe doors will open to the public at 8 p.m. for music and dancing following the private dinner. The Hard Rock Café is located next to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at the corner of Harmon and Paradise, which is close to the Thomas & Mack Center - home of the PBR World Finals.

Bull Pen is the Authority on Breeding, Buying and Bucking Bulls. Now in its sixth year of publication, it is the most widely-readpublication about the business of bucking bulls. To receive the Bull Pen on a bi-monthly basis, subscribers can join the U.S. Bucking Bull Assn., a tax-exempt, non-profit agricultural organization established in 2003. Its mission is to promote bucking bull ownership, breeding, training and welfare while enhancing the marketability and value of bucking bull stock. All USBBA operations, including the USBBA Bucking Bull Incentive Program, are conducted in association with ABBI activities and events.

The ABBI (American Bucking Bull Inc.) provides DNA registration and verification for the bucking bull industry and holds competitive events for bulls 2, 3 and 4 years of age. The ABBI holds their finals in conjunction with the PBR and the top ABBI bull will win $250,000 in Las Vegas, while the PBR cowboy who ends up world champion will take home over $1 million.
