Veteran Australian Bull Rider Announces Retirement
[Feb. 10, 2009] PUEBLO, Colo. (February 9, 2009) - Today, PBR veteran Greg Potter (Queensland, Australia) officially announced his retirement from the sport of bull riding. The 37-year-old has been a constant face on the Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS), having competed for twelve years and qualifying for the PBR World Finals in Las Vegas for seven years. This announcement comes after Potter suffered yet another neck injury at the 2009 Sacramento Classic in Sacramento, Calif. By Katharine Sherrer, PBR
