Rodeo queen to be chosen this Saturday
[May 7, 2008] Wisconsin - The 55th-annual Spooner Rodeo's first event for the season gets under way Saturday, May 10, when a new Spooner Rodeo queen will be selected from among seven area contestants. The competition will be held at the Spooner Rodeo Grounds starting at 10 a.m. The queen candidates have written their profiles.
 
Miss Rodeo Colorado applications due
[Feb. 22, 2008] The deadline for applications for the 2009 Miss Rodeo Colorado Contest is March 1.
 
The work of a rodeo queen is never done
[Feb. 21, 2008] The next few days will be busy ones for 17-year-old Kirsten McManus. The queen of the Florida High School Rodeo Association has a list of responsibilities she must attend to, and she also will be a competitor in a local rodeo that opens Friday.
