Rodeo hopes to lasso bigger crowds in Norco
[Nov. 14, 2007] For the past six years, organizers have tried their darndest to give the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association event a home at Ingalls Park in Norco.
 
Rodeo pros, amateurs to compete in Norco
[Nov. 2, 2007] NORCO, CA - Amateurs, as well as professionals, will compete at Ingalls Park when the 2007 Frahm Dodge California Pro Rodeo Circuit Finals Rodeo is held Nov. 14 -18.
 
Wearing pink for strength and awareness
[Nov. 1, 2007] On Oct. 26-27, cowboys proved just how tough they really were. The Swiftel Center in Brookings held the second annual First Chance Bonanza Rodeo to support the fight against cancer. This rodeo did have a bit of a twist; these cowboys were dressed in pink.

[Nov. 1, 2007] MISSY BENNETT will be going for her third straight All-Around championship this weekend at the United Rodeo Association Finals at the Kansas Expocentre.
 
Tulsa Open rodeo to benefit disabled

Fall Classic Pro Rodeo corrals cowboys, cattle and stiff competition
[Nov. 1, 2007] Because it's one of the last two heats in the U.S. for the International Professional Rodeo Association's 2007 season, spectators can look forward to some stiff championship-caliber competition when 200 cowboys and cowgirls from around the country compete for top dollars and battle it out for a position in January's IPRA Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma City.
 
Bull Riding Invitational November 3 Holbrook,AZ
[Oct. 31, 2007] Cody Hancock, the 2000 World Champion Bull Rider, will bring some of the best bull riders in the world to Taylor on Saturday, Nov. 3. Joining Hancock will be two time world champion bull rider Blue Stone of Ogden, Utah, six time quali-fiers Jason McClain of Lewis, Colo., and Fred Boettcher of Tomah, Wis., three time reserve world cham-pion Lynn Standant, Jerry Shepherd and Steve Woolsey.
 
Volker quickest at timed-event rodeo challenge
[Oct. 31, 2007] RAPID CITY - For the second year Allen and Beth Good of Long Valley enlisted the aid of their friends and family to put something back into rodeo, a unique timed-event challenge, where each contestant has to participate in calf roping, steer wrestling, and both the heading and heeling of the team roping.

[Oct. 30, 2007] The 2007 Fourth Annual Marvin Garrett Roughstock Series came to a close this past weekend (October 26-27) at the Pennington County Events Center, in Rapid City, S.D. The event brought together a "Who's Who" of rodeo cowboys and NFR stock for two top notch Roughstock performances.

[Oct. 28, 2007] RAPID CITY - You’d think that scoring a championship-winning 87 on the last bull ride of the night would be a tough act to follow for Brian Curtis. He was equal to the task - of upstaging himself. After taking a few minutes to catch his breath in the wake of clinching his third Marvin Garrett Roughstock Series bull riding crown in four years, Curtis climbed aboard Texas Jack, a tough-as-nails bull from the Chad Berger Ranch in North Dakota.
 
Rodeo: Top riders to gather this weekend
[Oct. 26, 2007] Billed as “the best of the eight-second rides,” the fourth-annual Marvin Garrett Roughstock Series is set to finish with the first of two performances tonight, with the finals Saturday at the Pennington County Events Center.
 
Bareback rider Murray rebounds in rodeo
[Oct. 26, 2007] Dustin Murray is making up for lost time in the rodeo arena. Murray, a two-time Prairie Circuit bareback riding champion from Midwest City, Okla., missed much of the 2007 season after having elbow surgery in April. He started back to competition only a couple of months ago, but he’s already in top form after winning the first two rounds of the Prairie Circuit Finals Rodeo during the American Royal at Kemper Arena.

Honeywell workers saddle up for big rodeo
[Oct. 25, 2007] One weekend each year, Honeywell employees get a chance to leave the comforts of the office behind to become cowboys and cowgirls. Boots, jeans, a cowboy hat and a whole lot of courage are the only requirements to compete in what is believed to be the oldest and largest all-employee rodeo in the United States.
 
Professional Bucking Bull Association (PBBA) Watkinsville, GA
[Oct. 24, 2007] The Oconee County Heritage Park near Watkinsville, GA was a great location for a record PBBA event. Twenty-six contractors from six different states brought thirty-eight bulls to compete in this record PBBA event. Producers Double S Bucking Bulls and Wayne and Summer White did a fantastic job with this SEBRA bull riding and PBBA Open Competition.
