Bedford, Iowa, Third Consecutive Capacity Crowd Event for Extreme Bullriding Tour
[Jul. 20, 2008] Taylor County Fair, Bedford, Iowa, has a problem that most fairs would love to have. Their Extreme Bullriding Tour event consistently draws more people than they have room for. Not a bad problem to have. For the third consecutive event this week the Extreme Bullriding Tour drew over capacity crowds to the venues hosting their tours.
 
Things get "Extreme" in Red Oak, Iowa
[Jul. 18, 2008] Red Oak, Iowa, loves the Extreme Bullriding Tour. In their ninth consecutive appearance at the Montgomery County Fair the riders and bulls entertained a capacity crowd. The enthusiasm of the crowd was contagious to the riders and personnel. Extreme Bullriding Tour Lives Up to Reputation in Geneva, NE
[Jul. 17, 2008] You've heard the term "standing room only well at the Extreme Bullriding Tour stop at Fillmore County Fair, Geneva , NE; this term took on new meaning. The turn out was so good that "packed" may be the right term. This was the second year for the Tour to visit the fair. Last year’s event was voted by the members of the Bullriders of America as the New Event of the Year and the Outdoor Event of the Year. The size of the crowd and the roster of top bull riders proves that if you put on a first-class event people return. People will be talking about this one for the next year. [Jul. 16, 2008] Saturday night was the final performance and it was a Texas evening which featured sweltering heat, hot rodeo and sizzling tunes by entertainer Stoney LaRue.

Rodeo participation similar to 2007
[Jun. 26, 2008] Although participation may be slightly down this year, the 2008 Brush Rodeo is expected to remain Colorado’s biggest pro rodeo. During the final Brush Rodeo Association Board meeting Tuesday, President Steve Treadway said about 400 participants had registered by Monday for this year’s rodeo.
 
Downtown Prineville sees cattle drive
[Jun. 26, 2008] Prineville's historic Crooked River Roundup kicked off Wednesday evening in traditional, visual fashion. It;s a rodeo, quilt show and horse race, but the start to the festivities rides right through Prineville, as the herd of cattle ran from Third Street to Main Street, before continuing south to the Crook County Fairgrounds.
