Prison rodeo set for weekend[Aug. 17, 2007] McALESTER, Okla. (AP) - The annual prison rodeo at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary runs through Saturday, with 1,000 inmates at 10 state prisons participating in bull riding and other events.

I was the first one-day PBBA open bull competition, the first bring your own rider event and the first Ricky West Invitational. The West Arena was perfect, the weather was great and the PBBA competition bulls were awesome, once again. Even though the contractors brought their own riders only two out of the twenty bulls entered were covered for the full eight seconds.
