Lancaster Event Center
Red Oak, Iowa, loves the Extreme Bullriding Tour.   In their ninth consecutive appearance at the Montgomery County Fair the riders and bulls entertained a capacity crowd.  The enthusiasm of the crowd was contagious to the riders and personnel.  With so many riders there was only one long round with Brad Check and Eric Reiling tying for the number one position with 88 point rides.  Each man went home with a check for $798.68.  Last year's NFPB champion, Skeeter Kingsolver, took third with an 86 point ride.  The Bull of the Event was once again 328 Sea Bass who made short work of Dusty Green.  This is the second event in a row that this bull has taken home the honors for his bucking skills.

In the Junior Bullriding competition sponsored by Double S Bull Company the winner was Trever Rister with a 75 point ride.  The top junior rider of the year will receive a Frontier Trophy Buckle.

One of the highlights each year of the bull riding is when local business put together teams to compete in the "Wild Cow Riding".  The crowd was the winner this year.  The teams ran out of time before a winner was declared, but the community will be talking about the fun for the next year.

From start to finish there was excitement to keep you on the edge of your seat broken by moments of pure laughter and that's what makes one night a year unforgettable in Red Oak, Iowa!
