Are you tough enough to wear pink? The Southern Extreme Bull Riding Association (SEBRA) is asking contestants and spectators that question again this year. SEBRA is excited to participate in the Tough Enough to Wear Pink program for the 2007 SEBRA Championship Finals. Part of the proceeds from the Friday night performance of the February 8th and 9th event held in Raleigh, North Carolina will be contributed to a foundation benefiting breast cancer. SEBRA & Carousel Farms is teaming up to make sure that the event is successful and the TETWP contribution is beneficial. SEBRA Director Tom Smith hopes to really motivate area charities. “We really want the finals to benefit the cause…We have enjoyed helping other groups with their benefits. Our association has been blessed with tremendous growth and this is a small way we can give back.” SEBRA provides awards and advertising for breast cancer awareness groups “Cowgirls With A Cause” and “Roping For A Cause”. SEBRA will contribute $1,000 bonus at the finals if the cowboy who wins the event is wearing a pink shirt. Last year veteran bull rider Blaine Whipp won the TETWP pink bonus and the Finals Average.
