And that bucks a long-standing rodeo tradition of matching cowboys and animals by random draw. The format was used last weekend in St. Louis, and when the title was at stake in the final round, Brazilian Renato Nunes wasn't afraid to latch onto Chicken on a Chain, the PBR's top bull in 2007 whose average stay-on time is 3.5 seconds.
Hand-painted mustangs part of rodeo feel in Houston[Feb. 21, 2008] The cows came first. Then the boots had their turn. This year, mustangs will reign.
