[May 24, 2008] It was apparent that one big reason for the Brazilians' success is they first hone their skills on a tough pro circuit in their native land. They face large bulls that have the look of Brahmans, agile animals that could star in North America.
 
Red River Rodeo announces some changes
[May 22, 2008] Texas - After a half-century of existence, the Red River Rodeo will undergo a couple of new twists this year. A later June date and the debut of Professional Bull Riding are among the alterations, the Wichita County Mounted Patrol announced Wednesday.

Show must go on
[May 15, 2008] The Cloverdale Rodeo will bar its chutes to calf ropers and steer wrestlers this weekend, but hopes the world's top bull riders and barrel racers will continue to pull in the crowds.

In a radical shift from the traditional pro-rodeo circuit, the Lower Fraser Valley Exhibition Association has banned steer wrestling, cow milking and calf and team-roping at its 62nd annual Cloverdale Rodeo.

[May 7, 2008] The National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Alumni will have their 17th Annual Reunion June 20 and 21, 2008 at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming. The reunion will be held at the Parkway Plaza Hotel in Casper and the rodeo is in the Casper Events Center.
