Rest of Wrangler NFR personnel chosen

The barrelman, bullfighters and pickup men for the 2008 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo have been selected in a recent vote. Troy Lerwill of Payson, Utah, has been chosen to work his second straight Wrangler NFR as the event’s barrelman, with Keith Isley of Goldston, N.C., serving as the alternate.

The bullfighters will be Darrell Diefenbach of Azle, Texas, (seventh selection) and Clay Collins of Malakoff, Texas, (first selection), and Cory Wall of Burlington, Colo., serving as the alternate.Jason Bottoms of Corsicana, Texas, will work his second career Wrangler NFR as a pickup man and will be joined in the arena by Gary Rempel of Fort Shaw, Mont., who will be making his fifth career appearance as a pickup man. Dan Etbauer of Goodwell, Okla., will serve as the alternate pickup man.
