What is S.311 you say? S.311 is a bill to amend the Horse Protection Act to prohibit the shipping, transporting, moving, delivering, receiving, possessing, purchasing, selling, or donation of horses and other equines to be slaughtered for human consumption, and for other purposes. S. Smokeless Tobacco on March 19-22, at the Holt Arena at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. The DNCFR is the crowning event of the PRCA’s 12 circuit system of regional competition.
