[Jul. 27, 2009] CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Who knew? Billy Etbauer actually had a gap in his trophy case. A five-time world champion saddle bronc rider and 20-time Wrangler National Finals Rodeo qualifier, Etbauer had never won a buckle and saddle at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo until he captured the three-head average July 26 with 251 points.
