The owners of Booger Barter Productions/Cowboy Gold have decided to cease the operations of this roping company.

As of January 8, 2008 all scheduled ropings of Booger Barter Productions/Cowboy Gold have been cancelled.

Bobby Barter, the founder of Booger Barter Productions, has purchased all of the physical assets of Booger Barter Productions/Cowboy Gold and all of the rights to the name "Booger Barter."

Bobby Barter's new roping company World Team Roping Productions, will produce its first team roping March 8th and 9th in Waco, Texas.

After five long years, Booger Barter is back on the team roping scene - bigger and better than ever! In his previous team roping career, Barter was responsible for awarding over $8,500,000 in cash, 277 pickup trucks, 102 horse trailers, 1,344 trophy saddles, 2,036 buckles, and $664,000 in added money at over 270 team roping events.

During his absence from team roping, Barter has produced the largest barrel races in the world.

Beginning in March 2008, World Team Roping Productions (Booger's new company) will bring new life to team roping with nationwide events that include integrated computer technology, pyrotechnics, music, television coverage, and showmanship rivaling other big-time events. In 2008, he's bustin' loose!
