My horse stumble to her knees and I fell off. In my attempt to remount I backed my horse into the Flagger. I was embarrassed and just wanted out of the Arena. I thought “Why me Lord”? Why would you allow this to happen to me? Looking back, the thought should not have crossed my mind. It was ridiculous to blame anyone for this, least of all the Lord… Yet, this seems trivial to the trials and tribulations of my son and daughter-in-law who has endured their child surviving cancer only to now face an extreme back operation that is needed to straighten her back (the cancer stopped the growth of a vertebra and now she needs steel rods to keep her back straight).
