A five-time world champion saddle bronc rider and 20-time Wrangler National Finals Rodeo qualifier, Etbauer had never won a buckle and saddle at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo until he captured the three-head average July 26 with 251 points. 2009 National Little Britches Finals Rodeo[Jul. 27, 2009] PUEBLO - The 2009 National Little Britches Rodeo Finals will be held at the Colorado State Fair Grounds in Pueblo, July 27 through August 1.
