Masters and Corkill take early lead
[Jun. 21, 2009] Jade Corkill, who grew up in Fallon, Nev., put on a heeling clinic at his hometown rodeo in Reno with 2007 world champion header Chad Masters of Tennessee.

Free PRCA Championship Rodeo Day Camp hosted in Cody, Wyo.
[Jun. 10, 2009] Students in Wyoming and from neighboring states will have the opportunity to learn about rodeo for free this summer when the PRCA Championship Rodeo Camp series makes a stop in Cody, Wyo.

The introductory roughstock day camp will be held June 10-11 at the Cody Stampede Park. The camp is free of charge and open to all ages and all levels of experience. The focus of the camp is to teach correct spurring techniques, chute and arena procedures, livestock safety and an introduction to PRCA business. By Courtesy PRCA

Jake and Jim Cooper - Team Roping Twins
[May 27, 2009] Jake and Jim Cooper weren’t born with a rope in their hands, but they came mighty close.

With Jake doing the heading and Jim heeling, they are the first twins to qualify for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR). They did that in 2007 and are on a mission to return to Las Vegas to compete in rodeo’s championship event in 2009. (Photo – courtesy of Pro Equine Group.
