San Francisco treat: Grand National plays host to next stop on Wrangler ProRodeo Tour[Mar. 31, 2008] The 2008 Wrangler ProRodeo Tour returns to the Bay Area when the Grand National Rodeo Horse and Stock Show in San Francisco plays host to the eighth stop of the 26-venue Tour. The seven-performance rodeo starts April 4-5 at the Cow Palace in nearby Daly City, then resumes April 9 and finishes with the final two shows from April 11-12. By Courtesy PRCA
Peek doubles up in Laughlin[Mar. 31, 2008] One week after his historic tie-down roping win at RodeoHouston, Josh Peek kept it going by earning a pair of victories at the Laughlin (Nev.) Injured Texas steer wrestler takes his shot at Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo title[Mar. 22, 2008] Steer wrestler K.C. Jones of Decatur, Texas, was the last alternate to get into the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo, presented by U.S. Smokeless Tobacco, and he's doing his level best to make sure he's the last man standing.

Travis Tryan and Michael Jones New GSTRC Champs[Mar. 17, 2008] Travis Tryan found himself in a very unique situation at the 26th Annual George Strait Team Roping Classic held March 14th-15th at the Rose Palace in San Antonio, Texas. The competition had come down to the final two teams. Both teams were in a position to win the event. The first to go was header, Travis Tryan, and heeler Kory Koontz. First Day Results For The George Strait Team Roping Classic[Mar. 15, 2008] The 26th Annual George Strait Team Roping Classic (GSTRC) kicked off Friday, March 14th at the San Antonio Rose Palace with 483 teams competing in round one. The number of contestants was down from last year with the general consensus of those present that high fuel prices are playing a significant role in number of contestants at all events this year. In direct contrast the number of spectators has shown an increase.
George Strait Team Roping Classic begins today in San Antonio, Texas[Mar. 14, 2008] The 26th Annual George Strait Team Roping Classic (GSTRC) began today at 10 AM and will run through Saturday, March 15th at the San Antonio Rose Palace in San Antonio, Texas. The event, which originated as a small family roping by George and his brother Buddy in 1982, has grown into the most prestigious open Team Roping competition in the country.
