

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Sept. 22, 2008) – Fox Sports Net (FSN) is scheduled to begin televising the action from the Puyallup (Wash.) Fair and Rodeo as the second stop on the 2008 Wrangler ProRodeo Tour and Ariat Playoffs the week of Sept. 22. The first episode will feature the preliminary round action of the Ariat Playoffs - Puyallup Round, with the second telecast showcasing the semifinal round featuring the top eight in the two-head aggregate and the third telecast will feature the final four competitors. A new episode will air weekly.
A total of 18 regional FSN providers will televise the first round action at least once between Sept. 22 and Sept. 25. The semifinal action will air Sept. 29-Oct. 2 and final round coverage of the Puyallup Round is set for Oct. 6-9. For exact times and dates in your area log onto www.prorodeotour.com.
Following the Puyallup Fair and Rodeo, FSN will continue to cover the Ariat Playoffs with four separate one-hour telecasts featuring the Omaha Round. The episodes will showcase the first and second round action along with the semifinal and final rounds hosted by the River City Stampede in Omaha, Neb. FSN's coverage will conclude by featuring the best in rodeo with three separate one-hour telecasts of the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour Championship in Dallas, hosted by the Texas Stampede.
CBS Sports has once again partnered with the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour to televise the final round of the 2008 Wrangler ProRodeo Tour Championship. The CBS telecast is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 23 at 5 p.m. ET, following the NFL on CBS. This is the second consecutive year for the telecast to be after the NFL games. The 2007 show had the largest viewership ever for a Wrangler ProRodeo Tour broadcast with over 2 million viewers. FSN will replay the CBS show as its final episode of the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour starting the week of November 29th, which will lead into the start of the 50th Wrangler National Finals Rodeo on Dec. 4.
